We are dedicated to ensuring your new kitten arrives safely and comfortably. This Shipping Policy explains the terms, methods, and processes for delivering your kitten to your location.

1. Shipping Options

We offer the following methods for delivering your kitten:

  • Ground Transportation: kittens are transported via pet-friendly ground carriers.

  • Air Transportation: kittens are flown in climate-controlled, pet-safe areas of commercial airlines.

All shipping methods comply with animal safety and comfort regulations.

 

2. Shipping Area

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (Within USA): Nationwide service.

  • International (Optional): Available to select countries. Additional conditions and fees apply.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location.

  • Method of transportation.

  • Additional services (e.g., special handling or priority shipping).

The estimated cost will be provided at the time of purchase. All shipping fees must be paid in full before the kitten is shipped.

4. Shipping Timeline

  • Processing Time: kittens are shipped once they reach at least 8 weeks of age and have passed a health check by a licensed veterinarian.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 24 to 48 hours after the shipment date, depending on location and transportation method.

You will receive an estimated delivery date upon booking and tracking details once the shipment is confirmed.

5. Kitten Preparation

  • Before shipping, your kitten will:

  • Receive a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian.

  • Be provided with a health certificate, required by most airlines and state regulations.

  • Travel with a comfortable crate, appropriate bedding, and a small supply of food for the journey.

6. Buyer’s Responsibilities

  • To ensure a smooth delivery, buyers must:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

  • Be available to receive the kitten upon arrival.

  • Notify us of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship kittens to:

  • Locations with extreme weather conditions that could endanger the kitten’s safety.

  • Countries with import/export restrictions or quarantine requirements for animals.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date. A cancellation fee may apply.

  • Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the delay or cancellation is caused by us.
